Justification: Listed as Data Deficient since it has only recently been discovered, and there is still very little information on its extent of occurrence, status and ecological requirements. |

| Range Description: | This species from south-eastern Brazil is known from two localities in the Serra do Mar in the state of São Paulo: Boraceia in Salesopolis, and Serra de Paramapiacaba in Santo Andre. Its altitudinal range is 500-800m asl. |

| Habitat and Ecology: | It lives in primary and secondary forest, forest clearings and forest edges, where it deposits its eggs in muddy, temporary ponds. |
