| Habitat and Ecology: | It occurs in moist forests in the eastern tropical altitudinal zone. Its range lies in a transition zone between humid tropical forest and very humid premontane forest. There is no information known about its breeding habits, although the larvae are likely to develop in streams, as with other species of the genus. |
