Range Description:	Confined to Western Province in south Papua New Guinea and adjacent Digul District, Irian Jaya, extending into the Aru Islands.

Major Threat(s):	The subpopulation around the Oriomo River in Western Province, is a relatively restricted and confined to a fragile ecosystem, which is under pressure from logging and destructive activities. It is expected that the subpopulation across the border into Irian Jaya is similarly threatened.
