Justification:
The species is only known from the Ullal de la Rambla de Miravet cave, between the towns of Cabanes and Orpesa, Castellon, Spain (Sanz and Platvoet 1995). Although no current threats exist to the cave in which the species occurs, the general area surrounding the cave is subject to intense agriculture, possibly leading in future to groundwater pollution due to herbicide and pesticide usage. As such the species is considered Vulnerable under criterion D2.
