| Habitat and Ecology: | Hill sttream fish, inhabits streams as low as 300 m elevation . The fish is accustomed to life under varying water conditions in nature. It thrive well along with considerable number of other fishes. It proves to be peaceful and hardy in aquariums. Giant danios abound in running streams and rivers, and are generally acustomed to moderately cool and well-aerated water. |
