Taxonomic Notes:

According to Groves in Wilson and Reeder (1993) Cercopithecus albogularis is a synonym of Cercopithecus mitis. This taxon was recorded as C. albogularis. Also includes what is sometimes recognised as C. m. kibonotensis Lönnberg, 1908.
