Justification: Listed as Endangered because its Extent of Occurrence is probably less than 5,000 km2, it is known from fewer than five locations, and the quality and extent of its forest and swamp habitat in the Udzungwa Mountains is declining. |

| Range Description: | This species is known only from the Luhega Forest in the Udzungwa Scap Forest Reserve at 1,740m asl in the Udzungwa Mountains in eastern Tanzania. It is probably more widespread in the Udzungwa Mountains, though it appears to be absent from apparently suitable sites close to the type locality. |
