Justification:
Simoselaps littoralis has been assessed as Least Concern as it has a fairly wide distribution range. Areas of its habitat are under threat from increased development for tourism which could be causing significant localized population declines. Therefore further research is suggested to identify if this threat causes significant habitat loss which may be causing significant population declines in the future.
