Justification:
Two locations were lost in the last few years due to agriculture, construction, deforestation and resulting erosion. The only location left (about 9 km² in extent) is threatened by erosion due to over-pasturing and deforestation. There are about 3,000 mature individuals remaining. No seedlings or young plants detected. Generation length is 10 years.
