Range Description: Only known from Wakkerstroom district, south-eastern Mpumalanga and Majuba, north-western KwaZulu-Natal.

Habitat and Ecology [top]

Habitat and Ecology: Habitat is hilly grassland at ca. 2,000 m. Flight period October to November. Larval food plant unknown, perhaps an Aspalathus sp. (Fabaceae). Flight low, swift and elusive. Only discovered in 1984.
