|Range Description:||The species has been recorded from Zambia, Angola to Kenya and west to Mali.|
It has been recorded from all countries in the central African region except for Sao Tome and Principe.
In eastern Africa, it has been recorded in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Malawi and Burundi. In addition, appropriate habitats are known in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.
In northeastern Africa, the species is listed by Tsuda for Sudan, although this record needs confirmation. No other records are available from region, thus listed Not Applicable.
In southern Africa, this species occurs in Angola and Zambia.
In western Africa, the species is known from Guinea-Bissau to Nigeria.
