Justification: Listed as Endangered because its Extent of Occurrence is less than 5,000 km2, all individuals are in fewer than five locations, and there is continuing decline in the extent and quality of its habitat on the Sierra de Los Tuxtlas of southern Veracruz, Mexico.

Range Description:	This species is known only from the isolated Sierra de Los Tuxtlas of southern Veracruz, Mexico, at altitudes between 400 and 1,200m asl.

Population:	The population status of this species is unknown.
Population Trend:	Decreasing

Habitat and Ecology:	It occurs along streams in premontane and lower montane wet forests; it is not known if this species can adapt to habitat modification. Breeding is by direct development.
