Justification: Peperomia pululaguana is endemic to Ecuador, where it is known only from the type collection recorded 135 years ago. Habitat destruction is the only known threat. |

| Range Description: | Endemic to Ecuador, where it is known only from the type collection recorded 135 years ago on the slopes of Volcán Pululahua (Pichincha province). The historical locale may be inside what is now the Reserva Geobotánica Pululahua. No specimens of this species are housed in Ecuadorean museums. |
