Justification: Qualifies due to its small population in a single area, where it continues to decline as a result of illegal collecting. Since this species was rediscovered in 1987 (Fitz Maurice 1988), the population has diminished by an estimated 90% (Fitz Maurice 1994a, b). |

| Range Description: | Grows near San Felipe on a steep volcanic rock face about 100 m (plan view) by 4 km long. Current estimated population size is less than 1,000 individuals. |
