Geographic Range [top]

Range Description: Only two records of the species have been made since the type specimen was collected from Cerro Pate Macho in Chiriquí Province. All records come from the same region. Although it would be possible tentatively to evaluate the species status as Critically Endangered, it may not be appropriate given that the species described by Lundell are frequently identified as synonyms.
