Geographic Range [top]

Range Description: The species is locally dominant in three patches of coastal forest in the Pangani River basin. Two of them are contained within forest reserves: Gendagenda Forest Reserve (27 km²), and Tongwe Forest Reserve (12 km²), the remaining population occurs in the Pangani Falls Forest (1 km²). The species is also reported to occur in lowland forest in the East Usambara Mountains. FTEA notes this may be a species of Scorodophloeus.
