Red List Category & Criteria: Endangered B1ab(iii,v)+2ab(iii,v) ver 3.1
Year Published: 2011

Justification:
Due to historical anthropogenic alterations of nearly the entire island, this species has in general become very rare. According to Manganelli et al. (2001) the species is still rather frequent only in one of the seven cited sites – near Il Paese –; but this subpopulation is situated just outside the National Park and is specially threatened by bushfires, predation by rats, intensive pasture, urbanisation, and collecting. Thus, this species is classified as Endangered (EN) B1ab(iii,v)+2ab(iii,v).
