Justification:
This is a poorly known species, but based on the information available at present it appears to be confined to two small localities (=locations) fairly near to each other with an area of occupancy of less than 8 km². There is continuing decline in the quality of the habitat at the Cambodian site due to eco-tourism activities. The species is therefore listed as Endangered under criterion B2. However, should future field surveys show that this species is in fact more widespread then it will need reassessment.

Range Description: Recorded from near Bou Sra waterfall in Pich Chinda district, Mondul Kiri province in Cambodia and Dac Lac in Viet Nam. Occurs at 600 m. It occurs at two location with an area of occupancy of 8 km².

Major Threat(s): In Kirirom, Cambodia, few plants were found near a stream in an area used by tourists. Tourism activities may pose a threat.
