Range Description:Epiplatys neumanni is known from the upper Dja, Central Congo River basin. In Lower Guinea it is known from the Ivindo River basin, the middle Ntem River, and some northern tributaries of the middle Ogowe River in northern and northeastern Gabon, the extreme northwestern part of Congo, southern Cameroon and eastern Equatorial Guinea.
