Justification:
Qualifies for Critically Endangered (CR) status based on very small location (extent of occurrence = 30 km²) and ongoing decline, which is hard to estimate, but probably higher than 25% over 30 years (one generation). Also assessed as CR under criterion C1 because population size is <250 mature individuals and there is ongoing decline.

Range Description:	This species is endemic to Peru (Huanuco Province, District of Pachitea, Llullapichis/Yuyapichis). Only known fom the vicinity of the type locality.
