Geographic Range [top]

Range Description: Although it is doubtful whether any pure material of this subspecies still exists, its characters are frequently seen in hybrid populations at Peak Dale. The taxon was at one time distributed on the central ridge between 400 and 700 m. There is also a tree of questionable identity found in Deep Valley. The genus consists of four species, all endemic to St Helena.
