Major Threat(s):	Dams and water diversions have destroyed most of the habitat (eight major dams on the Salt, Verde, and Gila Rivers have effectively cut off natural water flow downstream) non-native Red Shiner has had a negative impact; also threatened by water developments associated with human population growth.
