Geographic Range [top]

Range Description: Argusianus bipunctatus is known only from a single portion of a primary feather described in 1871 from a shipment imported into London1, and now in the British Museum3. It has been suggested to have occurred on Java2, Indonesia, or on Tioman Island, off peninsular Malaysia1, because of the absence of the genus from these islands.
