Justification: This species was assessed in 1996 and considered to be Extinct (Mollusc Specialist Group). This was based on comments published by Radoman (1983), who noted that after a great drainage of the Drim River, surveys failed to find this species. Albrecht et al. (2009) and Regnier et al. (2009) considered it to be Extinct. |

| Range Description: | Endemic to the Former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) (Bank et al., Fauna European 2006) where it was only known from the upper part of River Drim, however it has not been seen since before 1983 (Radoman 1985). |
