Habitat and Ecology:	Habitat: Lacustrine, pelagic, in relatively deep water. Moves to tributaries for spawning. Biology: Spawns in November-December in most lake tributaries. Feeds mainly on mid-water plankton, especially Cladocera, and chironomid pupae.
