| Habitat and Ecology: | This is a nocturnal and arboreal species which occurs in moist tropical forests, in bamboo thickets near to water. Stallings et al. (1994) conducted surveys in the Biological Reserve of Poço das Antas, Rio de Janeiro State, southeastern Brazil and determined a home range can reach up to 1,000 m², with densities up to 1.47 per km². |
